Meet Marwan Aljahani

Marwan is a founder director of transform who extends his expertise to CEOs, executive teams, and entrepreneurs to help resolve invisible challenges and conflicts. He also helps Government institutions by employing his vast experience in the field of leadership transformation. Marwan’s clients describe him as positive, solemn, and authentic in his work.

Marwan holds several credentials which are proof for his extensive experience and knowledge. He did his Masters In International Management from the University of Warwick where he wrote his thesis on ‘Leaders’ Culture and Organizational Culture.’ His list of accomplishments includes: Certified in Leadership Challenge from Wiley, Organization Team Coaching, Executive Coaching, Co-Active Leadership, Leadership Circle Profile Assessment, and Strategy Execution Professional. Further, he has also been a board member and learning chair of Entrepreneurship Organization (EO) in Riyadh. In his free time, he likes to travel, read, and meditate. With his wife and two daughters, he lives a life of peace and joy.

Aref AlMubarak is a Certified Executive Coach from ICF since 2007 and is in association with CCL since 2018. He believes in an upward learning process and preaches it to people he works with. Aref enables and empowers leaders in both private and government organizations to create a culture of transformation. His work experience lies with GCC countries mainly Saudi Arabia

Aref did his Masters in Business Management and Psychotherapy Counselling and now is on his way to pursue his PhD in Mindful Coaching. He is certified in Reina Leadership and Team Trust Assessment (MBTI), certified in Leadership Challenge from Wiley and certified in Better Conversation every day and Lead 4 Success from CCL. In his time away from work, Aref likes to volunteer and has worked with down syndrome and autistic children. He finds respite in nature and likes to travel.

 

Meet Rozana Albanawi

Rozana Albanawi works with leaders and entrepreneurs to help them find innovative ways to work, live, and evolve. With an academic background in educational psychology, her expertise lies in leadership development, experiential learning, and civic engagement. While she works in Saudi Arabia, she has affiliations in global regions like the USA and Europe as well. Rozana has experiences in sustainable employment, youth impact, art, education, and women leadership/development. Her clients describe her as intuitive, multi-faceted, creative, and positive.

Rozana did her Masters in Human Relations in Education from the University of Nottingham. She is a certified coach in Co-Active Leadership, Co-Active Coaching, Professional Certified Coach from International Coaches Federation(CPCC), and Dare to Lead from BBEARG. She is also a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), McClean Hospital and Harvard University. She has hosted the “CreativeMornings” chapter in Jeddah and is currently mentoring upcoming hosts in the region. Rozana lives with her husband and three children. She enjoys travelling, reading, writing, and meeting new people.

 

Meet Khawla Alhaidari

Khawla Alhaidari is a facilitator and a coach at Essence Mastery. She focuses on leadership training, cultural development, and holistic systems. Khawla primarily works in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai where she helps leaders and to achieve excellence, inner peace, and work-life balance through managing the requirements of today’s times. Her expertise lies in strategic intervention and co-active coaching, which she uses to help universities and government institutes. Her clients describe her as enthusiastic, wise, courageous, and caring.

She is also an active board member at the International Coach Federation in Bahrain, holding a position of Public Relation Officer.
